The Association would like to be able to handle the property owners status report electronically if possible,and maybe this is a project for the upcoming year.

For the time being all status requests should be requested from Jennifer Bonenberger, 979-903-9129. When she returns them to you she will also send the open Balance report detailing what invoices are unpaid. If we could please have all new buyer sign the North Star Owner's Association Membership Agreement it would be appreciated. Please send us a copy along with a copy of the Warranty Deed for our records.

We would also like to make all of our new members aware of the Association's web site, could this be handled at the closing?
