Winter is right around the corner, this means snow loads and high winds again!  Have you checked your big trees to make sure that they are healthy and can withstand the forces of nature.  Make sure that they are not going to come down on anything valuable, like your house. The Association does own a tree corer to check those big trees. Believe it or not the tree in these pictures had a base on it that was about 30" in diameter and on the inside there was 3 inch ring around the outside, holding this monster up. The rest of the inside had turned to punk. No wonder it blew over.
