The dog problem has returned in North Star along with the warm weather, please leash your pet while out on walks, this is the least you can do for your best friend.  There is no reason for somebody's pet come on to your property and relieve themselves either. This problem is not only limited to warm weather. Animal control has told us to take pictures of animals running loose and get it to them along with the address of the owner, they will then go to the house and fine the owners. Please do not call any Board members about this happening, it is a legal issue and the Board has absolutely no enforcement capabilities. Please call Animal control to report violations: 970-668-3230
