We do get a very considerable amount of snow in North Star during the
winter. How much is hard to say as it does vary, the best answer is we get alot! It would be recommended to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle if you are living in North Star, you need to remember that we are located in the heart of ski country at over 11,000 feet, Winter conditions are very prevalent up here and in Summit County. No matter what vehicle you have, common sense is king when behind the wheel not the 4-wheel drive.
